I woke up again about 12 lastnight and couldn’t get back to bed. I hope this isn’t the new normal. Stopped by Burger King and got a bacon egg and cheese thinging this morning on my way to work. I can’t really be pissed at work because Alan is so nice and my co-workers don’t deserve my additude because they are not the target. I’m thinking about going around and looking at other doctors for the project. I priced out 3 when looking but I think I’m going to see a few more. There aren’t a whole lot that do what I’m needing but I’m going to try. I’ll pay whatever the costs of the xrays and such if I find a new place. Anyway its 4:45 and I have a show in 15min so i better get back to work..

So I’m still in such a foul mood ugh. I just mowed my front and back to burn off steam and even after a nice cold shower and a good brushing off the toofers I’m still bleeding in my mouth a bunch. I’m not losing enough to be worried but I hate the taste of blood. My yard however looks great.. This reminds me of a Dennis Leary skit about rehab and yard work.. Maybe I need to go to rehab ;).. Anyway I hope I’m wore down tonight to sleep all the way thru without waking up because my gums or my new bite.. Oh yea now I have a new bite in the back where they worked on a tooth. Oh another thing … I forgot to eat today.. Thats just f’n great.. I need a sedative.

This morning I had a chocolate shake for the 2nd day in a row.. I’m getting back into my old pre-diet routine and I need to fix that before it becomes habit. I hope today is a quiet day because I have nerves already on end about today’s big adventure to the dentist. They will do 1 of 2 things. They will do a filling and re-build my #6 tooth from almost scratch then mess with my wisdom teeth. Or they will just re-build #6 and do the filling. The total difference in price is about $500. I have a project appointment today at 1pm to get all the measurements and molds etc done. I will be sick of doctors by the time I get finished with the day today. I had a hair appt. for tomorrow to get cut but it looks like severe weather will be interrupting that and I need to facebook Brittney so she knows I’m cxling.

So… everything done and complete that I had planned for today. The big project is now floating as we say in the TV biz.. It has no schedule right now and is in a holding pattern. I’m not a happy camper today in fact I’m quite pissed off. It seems the appointment for tomorrow was changed without my knowledge and I’m lucky I asked about it before I left. Anyway back to the earlier part of my day. I left work about 8:10 to make it to 61st and Memorial by 8:30 in traffic was a bitch. I left work just as they had a officer involved wreck, SUV -vs- bike and a rollover out east. It was quiet all the way leading up to 7:45 then all hell broke loose. I made it to the Dr. office with 2min to spare and was promptly introduced to a chair and nitric oxide. The dentist did a ton of things that I dunno how to explain including cutting into my gums and doing a filling, rebuilding a tooth and something else that I can’t currently remember. I left the office about 11:15 with a head so numbed up I couldn’t feel from my forehead to my throat on the right side. I totally forgot when I thought I had to sneeze that I had a nose because I couldn’t feel shit. I got home to chill out and de-numb for about an hour before heading back out to the other doctor. I got to the other doctor and had to wait a few minutes before they took me in and took full head xrays and panoramic shot and pictures. I had to do molds and figure out what I was wanting to do and how I wanted it to end up. Carly was wearing grape flavored and scented gloves.. I could so find a fetish with girls and latex gloves now. as I started with the rant my appointment was given away for tomorrow because they had to re-do xrays and such today. I’ll calm down sometime next week maybe.

I woke up on time and swung thru McDonalds for breakfast. Work so far is working out. I had a decent day at work and hit the gym, I’m starting a new routine of running and speed walking in the treadmill and that is fun. NOT. Now that I’ve done the weightloss thing I think I might cut out the gym some. Its nice enough that I can goto the river and walk. I’ll watch my money and see if I can afford it. I got home and started research again and called the Dr. office to check on Thursday and now they say it might be a week or so. UGH! I most likely will back out and just pay for the tests if I have to wait to long. I can used the money elsewhere. Only good thing about waiting some will give me more $ to put down but thats not my real fear. After that shocking news I goofed around the house and amazingly was in bed asleep my 4pm. I woke up about midnight and had to take another lunesta to get back to sleep.

Woke up a few minutes late but made up the time because a quick work at Whataburger and got in on time if not a few minutes early. Monday was the 15th year mark since the OKC bombing and we did a ton of coverage on that. I know exactly where I was to the foot when I felt the concussion of the bomb. I was an intern/part-timer at KJ103 in OKC at 50 Penn Place (FBI Building). I was at the bomb site within 1hr and still in awe when I think about that day. We aired special stuff all morning and the ceremony live. I left after the morning show ended and went to the gym where I’ve been doing more running that jogging on the treadmill. Ugh it wears my ass out. I can’t see how these old guys come in and pull this off. I’m on yet another time sensitive project and had to go shopping on the companies dime and find a few gadgets and get everything setup and ready for next weeks chance of severe weather. I stopped by Wal-Mart and snagged some slim fast and other weight loss powers/drinks to see if I can hit that 50 mark. I want to switch to a 100% liquid diet this week or early next. I got home and watched The Breakfast Club and did more research. I think I’m about to research my mind into a big glob of mush.

Woke up a few minutes early and tossed on some jeans and a t-shirt and went to church a few minutes early and had a nice chat with the AV/Tech guru about the new cameras that they have added and lighting changes.. Geek stuff. I sat a few rows up this week where I should have had a good chance to chat with the mystery girl. Sad thing happened today. She didn’t sit anywhere near where she normally does and she had a guy attached to her arm so the ring last week seems to have been legit. O’well I’ll find a new crush someday.

I slept in to a whopping 6am and went to Sonic for a healthy popcorn chicken and Strawberry slushy. I really didn’t do much since it was raining off and on and I did however get some cleaning and research on the project completed. I was going to go attend a big concert at the BOK but decided sleep would fit better

I had a minor car collision today. I met a orange traffic cone at about 70mph. Lets just say my driver side mirror glass is ummm no longer with us. I was following a car thru construction and he hit a cone thing and it hit his hood flew back and landed right where I hit it and I swerved to miss it but it seems I didn’t. Needless to say I have all the $ for the downpayment on the project and now I’m going to spend $400 on a whole new mirror assembly after they order it and paint it. I had a shitty day at work and a decent workout at the gym. I got home and thought I would try this nap thing again and I’ve now laid down for 4 hours and feel like shit. I’m going to go out with the singles group from church and eat then watch a movie with 10 almost complete strangers because I have nothing else to do with my life today. I’m really getting inpatient with the project because I’m starting to get scared and reading about to much of it online that I’m damn near talking myself out of it. If I do this, this commitment would outlast any of my marriages and most relationships I’ve had. Plan is still have surgery on Wednesday early then prep at 1pm and I’m trying to book final the next day or 1st of next week. I’d so rather have a weekend before I go back to work and can’t take off any time due to storm season. I’m savoring and eating everything I can before Wednesday. I think I’ll go on a popcorn binge tonight after mexican food.  Ok random jumping of topics means its time for me to say.. TTYL I’ll update tonight or tomorrow.

Happy Tuesday.. Today’s show was a bit rough but the post-show was painless. I headed over to the gym and while working out spent about an hour on the phone with an old (hahaha) friend that I used to spend hours talking to when I was young. It was good to catch-up with them and give them updates on friends etc. The workout went quickly. I ran home and turned on the A/C and changed into shorts to go to the zoo. OMG the zoo was packed with school kids and the parking lot was full of buses. I was still able to get some good pictures and had a relatively child free experience. I got home and worked on a few things for work then watched GG, NCSI LA and the movie “Whip It”. I think it was a good movie and had a nice storyline. Went to bed about 7 and woke up about 10 for no aperient reason but was able to get back to sleep. I hate it when you dream that your sleeping and have dreams inside of dreams.
