On Jan 4th at work they started a get fit plan that gives away vacation days for weight loss. I starved myself for a week only pop’n vitamins, apples and grapes. It was enough to shrink my stomach to a nice small size and I cut off all forms of soda/pop/sprite that I’ve lived on for years. I weighed in on Jan 4th at 225 pounds and as of this mornings weigh-in I’ve lost a whopping 35 pounds. I am going to a gym M-F after work and walking on average of 3 miles on the tred mill and 3-6 miles on the bike. I’ve been playing with the ellipticals but they kick my ass and I can only tolerate 5 minutes MAX on them. I am hoping to take in a 5K run this summer and maybe I’ll work on a tan this spring between storm events.
