Freaky Friday

Wow, the 9th day of the month and 99th day of the year.. Freaky!

Today was a very day in mah world because I had to say g’bye to a great co-worker thats taking another opportunity in our newsroom that moves her to a new shift where we don’t even overlap any. She has been a cool and fun friend to flirt and goof off with and I know she’s not dead but she was one of the fun things in my morning. After the show we had a mammoth post-show getting ready for new stuff on Monday and had a cake for Lindsay. After the meeting we disappeared to CiCi’s Pizza to have a little g’bye sendoff because were a family in the morning and all have to feed off each other. I skipped the gym for a 4th day in a row and am trying to make this NOT a habit. Monday I promise I’ll return to the gym and do a full workout even tho the weight loss challenge  is now over and I am pretty sure I am the biggest loser in our company both in weight and in life.
